Every PowerOn Electric Bike is covered under a one year manufacturer's warranty -  for the original owner only - against all manufacturing defects. Parts under the warranty can only be shipped to Canada or the US. Our warranty conditions are as follows:


PowerOn Electric Bikes' bicycle components including frame, forks, stem, handlebar, seat post, saddle, brakes, lights, bottom bracket, crank set, pedals, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, index shifter, motor, throttle, controller, wiring harness, LCD display, kickstand, reflectors and hardware are warranted to be free from manufacturer defects in materials and/or workmanship for a 1 year period from the date of original purchase. Normal wear and tear, assembly & regular maintenance is not covered under the warranty.

Warranty On Battery

The Samsung lithium ion battery is warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for an 18 months period from the date of original purchase. The battery warranty does not include damage to the battery after you have received the bike, use of an improper charger, improper maintenance or other misuse, normal wear or water damage.


If a component is defective, we will ask that you send us pictures and/or video to help us to diagnose the problem. If the item is deemed to be defective, from lack of user error, we will ship a replacement component to the customer. We do not pay labor costs.

We will not pay for any third party to fix the bike unless we have agreed to it before hand.


The warranty only applies to the original owner. Warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of the defective part or component at the discretion of PowerOn Electric Bikes. Warranty does not cover  incidental cosmetic damage -such as small scratches or dings, wear and tears parts including - tires, tubes, brake pads, cables and housing, or grips. Warranty does not cover any damage resulting from failure to follow the owner’s manual, accident, misuse, neglect, modification, improper assembly, Act of God, installation of any parts not compatible with the bike, operator error, water damage, or lack of regular bike maintenance. Damage that occurs in shipping must be reported to PowerOn Electric Bikes within a 10 days after shipment arrival. In no event shall PowerOn Electric Bikes be responsible for any direct, indirect or consequential damages, including without limitation, damages for personal injury, property damage, or economic losses, whether based on contract, warranty, negligence, or product liability in connection with their products.


All claims to this warranty must be made through PowerOn Electric Bikes. Proof of purchase may be required with any warranty request.  Please contact us with any issues before submitting a claim as there my be a simple fix to the problem.


You should immediately inspect the shipping box for any signs of damage. If there is visible damage you should take pictures and send them to us at poweronbikes@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving the shipment.

Keep all packaging and paperwork (including the inside packing material) until the inspection process is completed. Please


*SPECIAL NOTE - If the bike is damaged or not working - Do Not Return It To Us. The shipper of ebikes containing lithium batteries are required to t have a DOT Hazmat Certification in order to properly ship ebikes.
